Shop based in Holland, MI
Travel to job sites throughout West Michigan using company vehicles
No overnight travel required
The Role: Custom Melamine Closet Installer
We’re looking for both entry-level and experienced installers to join our team. This position is ideal for someone with a hands-on mindset, an interest in carpentry or construction, and pride in precision work.
If you enjoy working with your hands, solving problems on-site, and delivering clean, professional results — you’ll fit right in.
What You’ll Be Doing
Install custom melamine closet systems according to design plans and specifications
Measure, level, and secure components for a precise, high-quality finish
Read and interpret drawings, layouts, and installation instructions
Work collaboratively with a small installation team
Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment
Communicate professionally with homeowners and the Studio G office team
Troubleshoot installation challenges with practical, creative solutions
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site
What We’re Looking For
Interest or background in carpentry, construction, or hands-on trade work
Ability to accurately read a tape measure (including fractions)
Comfort using hand tools, power tools, and basic technology
Ability to lift up to 100 lbs
Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and willingness to learn
Professional, customer-focused attitude
Valid, unrestricted driver’s license
Ability to work extended hours during critical project periods when needed
